GENERAL PARTICIPATION RULES

Applications for participation in the Style Competition program are possible exclusively through the official online form.

The application is considered submitted only after the participant completes all required fields in the form and clicks the “Submit” button at the end.

After submitting the form, the participant must send vehicle photos and the license plate number via WhatsApp to +385 92 420 9089.

The application is complete only after the online form has been submitted and the vehicle photos and license plate number have been sent via WhatsApp.

Sending photos or information via WhatsApp without previously submitting the online form does not count as an official application.

After reviewing the application, the organizer will send confirmation of approval for participation in the Style Competition program within two weeks.

The organizer reserves the right not to approve an application if it is incomplete, incorrect, or if the vehicle does not fit the concept of the competition and the event.

On-site applications on the day of the event will not be accepted.

Online applications close on [date] at [time], or earlier if the organizer determines that a sufficient number of applications has been received.

COMPETITOR ENTRY AND PARTICIPATION

An approved application allows participation in the Style Competition program, but it does not represent a reserved parking spot.

The competition parking area opens at 14:00.

All approved competitors must enter the event area no later than 17:00 so that their arrival can be recorded and so that the vehicle can participate in the competition.

Arriving after 17:00 may result in losing the right to participate in the Style Competition program, and the competitor may be redirected to visitor parking, depending on available space and the organizer’s decision.

If a competitor leaves the event area with their vehicle, the organizer cannot guarantee that their spot will remain available. In that case, the competitor may lose the right to participate in the competition.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that does not meet the basic requirements for participation in the event. The vehicle must be clean, technically safe, and must not endanger visitors, participants, or organizers in any way. The vehicle must not leak oil, fuel, or any other fluids.

ENTRY FEE

The entry fee for participating in the Style Competition program is €20.00 for all competitors.

The entry fee is paid when entering the competition area.

The entry fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the organizer cancels the competitor’s participation for reasons for which the organizer is responsible.

Entry fees for the dB Competition are charged separately, according to the rules of the organizer of that part of the program.

BEHAVIOR AT THE EVENT

Any inappropriate behavior, endangering the safety of visitors or participants, disrupting the program, burnouts, unnecessary revving, exhaust popping outside the designated program, and any disturbance of public order and peace are strictly prohibited.

Playing loud music from vehicles without the organizer’s permission is prohibited.

Participants and visitors are required to dispose of waste in designated areas or take it with them in their vehicle.

Promotion of any products, services, brands, or business activities at the event is not allowed without prior agreement with the organizer.

Promotion of nicotine products, gambling, betting, illegal activities, unregistered services, and similar content is strictly prohibited.

The organizer reserves the right to remove from the event any person who does not comply with the event rules, the instructions of security staff, or the instructions of the organizer.

The judging takes into account the overall impression of the vehicle, quality of execution, cleanliness, style consistency, details, modifications, vehicle presentation, and overall impression in relation to the category in which the vehicle participates.

The decisions of the judges and the organizer are final.

The organizer reserves the right to move a vehicle to another category if it is determined that the vehicle is more suitable for that category.

In the Old School category, vehicles older than 25 years may participate, as well as vehicles that the organizer accepts as old school based on model, style, or concept.

In the German category, vehicles from manufacturers originating from Germany may participate, including vehicles from manufacturers belonging to German automotive groups.

In the JDM / Korea category, vehicles from manufacturers originating from Japan and South Korea may participate.

NOTE ABOUT LOUDNESS AND HEIGHT MEASUREMENTS

Exhaust loudness, intake loudness, and vehicle height measurements are organized exclusively as an entertainment and showcase part of the program.

The results of these measurements are not considered official technical results and do not represent proof of technical correctness, legal compliance, or roadworthiness of any vehicle.

The organizer does not take responsibility for possible technical faults, measurement deviations, inspections by authorities, or any consequences resulting from the use of a vehicle contrary to applicable regulations.

All measurements are carried out using the same or comparable procedure for all participants within each category, depending on the possibilities and conditions at the event.

By participating in this part of the program, the participant accepts that it is an entertainment activity and that the decisions of the organizer and the persons responsible for conducting the program are final.

EXHAUST LOUDNESS MEASUREMENT

Vehicles may participate in exhaust loudness measurement according to the categories determined by the organizer.

The measurement is carried out according to the instructions of the person responsible for conducting the measurement.

During the measurement, the driver must follow the instructions of the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to stop the measurement or disqualify a competitor in case of unsafe behavior, unnecessary endangerment of people nearby, failure to follow instructions, or an attempt to manipulate the result.

Exhaust popping is allowed only if it is explicitly permitted as part of the program and only in the area and time determined by the organizer.

INTAKE LOUDNESS MEASUREMENT

Vehicles may participate in intake loudness measurement according to the conditions determined by the organizer.

The measurement is carried out in the manner and at the location determined by the person responsible for conducting the measurement.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse or stop the measurement if it is determined that the vehicle, engine operation, or participant behavior may endanger the safety of people or equipment.

VEHICLE HEIGHT MEASUREMENT

Vehicles may participate in vehicle height measurement according to the conditions determined by the organizer.

Intentional manipulation of vehicle height, deflating tires, damaging vehicle parts, or any attempt to artificially influence the result is prohibited.

The vehicle must be in a condition that is safe for movement and display at the event.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse measurement or disqualify a vehicle if it is determined that the result was achieved by manipulation, that the vehicle is unsafe, or that the participant is not following instructions.

dB COMPETITION

The dB Competition is organized as a separate part of the program according to the rules of the organizer of that part of the competition.

Applications, entry fees, categories, and rules for the dB Competition are determined by the organizer of that part of the program.

Participants in the dB Competition program must comply with the general event rules, the instructions of the organizer, security staff, and the persons responsible for conducting the dB Competition program.

COMPLAINTS AND ORGANIZER DECISIONS

Complaints related to the competition, results, organization, or behavior of other participants may be submitted to the organizer through the official contact.

Complaints are handled by the organizer, and the organizer’s decisions are final.

Publicly insulting the organizer, judges, security staff, other participants, or visitors, spreading false information, or encouraging conflict may result in removal from the event and a ban from participating in future events.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any competitor in case of rule violations, failure to follow the organizer’s instructions, unsafe behavior, attempts to manipulate results, or disturbance of public order and peace.

In case of disqualification due to rule violations, the competitor is not entitled to a refund of the ticket or entry fee.

FINAL PROVISIONS

By participating in the event, the participant confirms that they are familiar with the rules and accepts the conditions of participation.

The organizer reserves the right to change the program, schedule, categories, rules, and method of conducting certain parts of the event if there is an organizational, technical, safety-related, or other justified reason.
